If you are on the store during regular business hours we have live chat support. On the store after hours, no problem the chat app can send us an email and we will get back to you quickly.
We use email and SMS (text messages if opt in) to keep you in the loop about your order. The order confirmation email has all of the important data concerning your order. After your product ships you will receive another notification with those details. If all else fails just get a hold of us and we will get the info to you.
